Shipping policy
Standard shipping is 3-4 days after receipt of order. All shipments are mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS) and tracking information is provided via email; shipment is then deemed in full possession of USPS. Lost packages will be resolved via the claims process once shipping information (i.e. address) is verified and if stated, delivered. The claims process will be discussed with the buyer in the event, this, were to occur.
