Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Although our merchandise is inspected for defects and damage before shipment, it is you, the buyer's responsibility, to examine the product promptly upon receipt of the shipment to ensure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery, so that we may immediately resolve the issue. All rights to refund/return is waived after 3 days of receipt. If damaged goods can be replaced or repaired, no refund will be given. A replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the damaged product. In this case, the shipping cost will be reimbursed.
